FOMENT a terrible, unspeakable incident of terror on America to suspend the Constitution in our country, or make us fear SO MUCH as to demand martial law and soldiers in the street which is better than the threat. A case of "just in case", just as deadly. In so doing, he will institute martial law. After all, we need protection!
