You are NOT free, even when you're ill. I have a post here about my father and his doctor refusing him painkillers two days before he died because he had lung and brain cancer; he was being ravaged.
It will get worse under Obamacare, because if you are ill, you are a useless eater, and will be kicked to the gutter to die.
