So you push back. Change the zoning laws in your community. Elect people who will do this.
It could be a survival necessity...chickens and small livestock(like goats and rabbits) in your backyard, a vegetable garden out front.
Oh - rabbit manure - fantastic for fertilizer. Doesn't have to be composted.
Then you call your elected officials - local, state and federal, and don't be so nice anymore. DEMAND you voice be heard.
