HOLDER MAY SUE OVER ARIZONA IMMIGRATION LAW

Then why isn't he suing the school system in California that allows Mr. Gochez to poison the minds of his young students?

In Arizona, the bill was modified to allow law enforcement to ask for identification and proof of citizenship when making other potential arrests - when called to intervene, when stopped for unlawful actions in performance of their job. It is my opinion that this is reasonable. And it doesn't apply ONLY to hispanics.
