I haven't had it for a while. Sometimes it'll rage in my head for months and suddenly clear.
It hadn't been a problem for a couple of months.
Yesterday I stood up under a cupboard door and gave my noggin a good thump with accompanying nausea and pain so that I had to hold on to something to stand up.
Last night on the same side of my head, the tinnitis bega. It was industrial strength noise - whirring and static at the same time. It was SO LOUD but only on one side. It's gone tonight.
I couldn't sleep - between the tinnitis and two snoring Bostons - one under my pillow who wouldn't move, and one next to my ear. It took a long time to drop off.
A friend who has it mentioned this therapy. Today I found the article.
