Say I write a book. Say it's a piece of fiction (unlike Palin's) and that it's supercritical of an easily recognizable political figure. Am I going to get slammed like this? Is this the United States?
I'm listening to Kevin Trudeau who was sued for $38 million for writing a critical political book.
Like him or hate him - why is the government destroying our freedom of speech or expression.
They (the government) tried to remove his First Amendment Rights forever! He appealed and won.
The Palin situation is an in-your-face breech and assault of her Constitutional rights.
It matters not if she is a political figure. This is the USA. Not the USA under a tyrant - OR IS IT?
We hang together or we will cease to exist.
