EVERY US CITIZEN SHOULD BE READING THIS TONIGHT!

This is an excellent reminder to all elected officials. We are going to hold you accountable for your flagrant denial and usurpation of our Constitutional rights and your absolute denial of the promises you made to God and country when you took this solemn oath of office.

There are remedies given to the people that you cannot take from us. If you try, we will fight to keep our country safe from the corruption and the enemy within. The Constitution and before that, the Declaration of Independence give a rock solid answer to the questions of the citizens as to how.

We have a national memory, and that memory is beginning to burn hot as people see what you are doing in plain sight.

Lawmakers should abide by their oaths

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”

I hope those words look familiar to Congressman Allen Boyd and Sens. Bill Nelson and George LeMieux. That is their oath of office. They invoked God as they swore this oath to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Would they consider people who are actively working to overthrow the government of the United States of America as domestic enemies? When senior government officials work to overthrow democracy and replace it with socialism, isn’t that contrary to our Constitution? Haven’t they sworn that they would take a stand to defend the Constitution from these enemies?
President Obama, many of his closest advisers and the vast majority of the left-wing congressional Democrats (and some Republicans) are actively engaged in a concerted effort to institute practices that are patently anti-American, unconstitutional and blatantly socialist. The TARP bill is unconstitutional. The stimulus bill is unconstitutional. The takeover of the financial industry is unconstitutional. The takeover of the automobile industry is unconstitutional. The cap-andtrade bill passed by the House is unconstitutional. The health care bill, if passed, would be unconstitutional.

In fact, with the exception of the bills to fund the Department of Defense, nearly every single piece of legislation passed by Congress and signed into law for the past two decades (a very conservative estimate) is unconstitutional.

We the people have slept through the unconstitutional practices of the federal government for far too long. I’m sure Boyd, Nelson and LeMieux heard much of our dissatisfaction in the August town hall meetings. Our nation desperately attempted to get their attention on Sept. 12 with our march on the Capitol. We need for them to take a stand now against these unconstitutional practices. We need for them to take a stand against socialism. We need for them to discharge the duties of their office.

Sitting idly by is unacceptable. Inaction is consent. They swore an oath to us. They swore an oath to God. Now we hold them to their oath. Stand by it — or stand aside.
