KUDZU? KUDZU! Not necessarily a bad thing...

Kudzu has taken over thousands of miles of the south. You don't dare plant it in your yard, despite its pretty flower or you will be buried in your home in six months. It's supercharged to grow and cover everything.

But...Goats love it. Cattle love it, and apparently it has other uses, too.

It has been found that extract of the roots from the kudzu creeper had a potential to curtail unfavourable signs of metabolic syndrome.
