What if you can't afford an upgrade?
Did you know if you refuse, the SWAT team is called because you're acting suspicious - why would you NOT want an inspection.
If it isn't up to the new standards - will it be condemned if you can't renovate?
What about elder citizens who can't afford this?
What about transferring your property to your children in a will or trust - what then? Do you lose it? Will they lose it?
Maybe they'll just round us up for resisting and send us to a FEMA camp. Don't believe me?
