Obama spokeswoman: He's ready to RULE!
This isn't the first time I've heard the word "rule" where Obama's concerned. It happened in the 2nd presidential debate, spoken by the host. We do not use the word "rule" in the United States.
The government is relentless in making citizens, subjects.
