I'm going to look into this tomorrow and see and publish what I find. At the very least, the flogging knuckle dragging skinhead m*#(%$$(#&#), should pay the expenses for this dog. If he kicked the owner (down), and maced her, then shot her and left her, he'd do that to anyone and anything.
And to shoot without consideration of ricochet on a busy street is insane. I want him tested for steroids and I want him kicked off the force.

ReplyDeleteWhy is it police can use dogs to bite hold a suspect without any concern for the suspect but then try to justify their shoot first and cover up later action of any lethal force they deem necessary to "protect the officer" from the same sort of physical harm from a dog?
